Terms and Conditions of Sale (V 2.2)
1 - General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale define the terms and rules of sale of electronic e-Visas, embassy appointments in the case of long-term Visas, or necessary and obligatory forms for Visa application procedures. Our prices cover all immigration service taxes, management fees, administration fees, archiving fees, and email transmission fees for electronic e-Visas.
We offer all our customers customer service via chat and email every day from 08: 00 am to 10: 00 pm to provide assistance in all Visa application procedures. We provide assistance in all administrative procedures for any stay or transit in a foreign country. Our website is not the official website of immigration services but an assistance site for administrative procedures with embassies.
Users always have the option to order their electronic e-Visa directly on official immigration websites or independently carry out all procedures with embassies to obtain a long-term Visa at the rates and conditions in force on government websites. In this case, users waive all our assistance services.
In the event of loss of their electronic e-Visa, our customers can request a copy from us, which will be immediately transmitted to them by email. Any use of the website and any order for Visa or embassy appointment procedures imply full knowledge of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and commit users and customers to accept and comply with the terms and conditions.
2 - Sale Prices of Services
The sale prices of electronic e-Visas, and all procedures with embassies for long-term Visas, may be modified at any time based on the evolution of government rates. Orders will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
On our website, sale prices are indicated including all taxes.
3 - Online Payment via Credit Card
Payment for services is made online using a valid credit card on the website at the time of ordering, at the end of the form.
The transaction will be debited at the time of payment, which constitutes validation of the order.
The ordered services will not be delivered in case of opposition to payment by the credit card.
The customer acknowledges that the communication of information related to their credit card constitutes authorization for payment to our company for the total amount of the order.
4 - Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
For all online purchases, a user has, upon receipt of their order, a legal withdrawal period to cancel their order without having to provide justification.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to immaterial subscription services that are fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after the express prior agreement of the user and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.
By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, the user expressly agrees to receive the ordered Visa, the obligatory form, or the embassy appointment before the end of their withdrawal period. They definitively waive their right of withdrawal, accept that their request be processed without delay, and agree to receive their e-Visa as soon as possible.
5 - Refund Conditions
In the context of Visa services, orders are processed upon receipt as quickly as possible to expedite the receipt of the final Visa or embassy appointment.
Therefore, it is impossible to refund a Visa service request once it has been received and processed by our production service.
Visa or embassy appointment request fees are non-refundable. If a duplicate Visa already exists due to a previous request on another platform, a refund cannot be issued.
Only Visa requests that have not been processed, incomplete applications, refund requests made before processing, or ineligible clients identified by our customer service will be refunded, minus a handling fee of €40.
If the government services of the destination country refuse to issue the Visa or embassy appointment for any reason, no refund will be granted.
By purchasing Visa services on our website, the user must compulsorily accept all terms of our general terms and conditions of sale before validating their payment.
Express acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale before payment, and approval of all information provided on our website forms constitute a waiver of the right to a refund and withdrawal from the moment the payment phase is validated.
If a significant error is made in your initial request, we will resubmit the request on your behalf at no additional cost, but no refund will be issued.
6 - User Declaration
By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the user confirms having read and understood all the terms and declares under oath that all information provided is sincere and truthful.
The user declares that all information provided during the ordering process of their Visa or embassy appointment is accurate and compliant with the laws of their country.
It is reminded that any false declaration may lead to a ban on entry into the foreign territory and may result in being blocked at the borders upon entry into the territory.
7 - Online Contractual Commitment Agreement
The contract is concluded when the user validates, confirms, and pays for their order on the website, in accordance with legal provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts online.
At the time of online payment, the details of all order information are displayed on the payment validation screen.
The user may correct their order at any time before completing the payment.
Contracts are archived for a period of 5 years, and any client can access their contract by simply requesting it via email from customer service, using the email address provided on the contact page of our website or on their invoice.
8 - Liability
The Visa services offered are intended to assist users in all their travel preparation procedures. Our liability cannot be held in the event of the client's non-compliance with the legislation of the country for which the Visa is issued.
Our liability cannot be held in any case for any inconveniences or damages related to the use of the Internet network, external intrusion, service interruption, or presence of computer viruses.
9 - Applicable Law
By express agreement between the parties, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to UAE law.
10 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding an order, the parties will first seek recourse to an amicable agreement or a procedure of mediation or conventional conciliation.
